Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer units
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for inventory movement
- Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and facilities
- Organize and rotate stock using FIFO principles
- Load/unload trucks with temperature-sensitive products
- Document inventory counts and temperature logs
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (0-4 hours at a time)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Team player with strong communication skills
