Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain inventory rotation systems
- Monitor and document warehouse temperature/humidity levels hourly
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Perform daily sanitation of storage areas and equipment
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in 34°F (1°C) environments for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk continuously
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
