Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship high-value inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and safety compliance
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits in real-time
- Maintain meticulous warehouse organization and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Train on advanced WMS systems and automation equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with overnight shift history
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Background check and drug screen required
