Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels in -10°F to 45°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient loading/unloading of refrigerated trucks
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and cycle counting procedures
- Adhere to HACCP protocols and sanitation standards for food safety compliance
- Inspect equipment for operational integrity and report maintenance needs
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs using digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in refrigerated warehouse environments
- Valid OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in sub-zero temperatures
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Preferred: HACCP or Food Safety certification
