Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort and organize inventory according to company standards.
- Monitor and record temperature logs to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in the cold storage facility.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (-10°F to 40°F).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in cold storage, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but we offer training.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
