Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately according to customer orders and shipping guidelines.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging to ensure high quality.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Verify item counts and quantities against picking lists to minimize errors.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, retail, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners (RF devices) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
