Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to load/unload refrigerated trucks
- Inspect products for quality compliance and proper packaging
- Adhere to FIFO inventory rotation and sanitation protocols
- Complete daily inventory reports using warehouse management software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in 30-40°F environments
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or ability to complete)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends during peak seasons
