Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient product movement and inventory management
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP) and sanitation standards
- Inspect storage facilities for safety hazards and equipment malfunctions
- Document inventory movements and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in regular safety training and compliance audits
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as 0°F (-18°C)
