Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and prepare customer orders according to packing slips.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork for shipments and inventory adjustments.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license or state ID.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ lbs repeatedly; ability to stand for extended periods and walk on various surfaces.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
