Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled inventory systems (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Manage FIFO inventory rotation with barcode scanning technology
- Safely operate electric pallet jacks and cold-storage equipment
- Conduct daily quality checks on perishable goods
- Maintain HACCP compliance documentation and sanitation protocols
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless loading/unloading
- Monitor and record temperature/humidity data in real-time
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in cold environments
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation with flexible scheduling
