What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, your primary focus will be on the efficient flow of products through our fulfillment centers. You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and physical stamina. We offer training to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipping.
- Collaborate with team leads and other associates to meet daily performance targets.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
