Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature zones (-10°F to 40°F) for perishable goods
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments
- Conduct quality inspections and inventory audits of frozen/dry goods
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using proper stacking techniques
- Document temperature logs and inventory movements accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Attention to detail in quality control processes
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-paid)
