Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory accurately using warehouse management systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in training new operators on equipment usage and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha-approved preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
