Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates through coaching and performance management
- Implement lean principles to optimize processes and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless operations
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Associates)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Proven ability to manage inventory control systems
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
