Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize pallets in the temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move products to storage locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all perishable items are stored at the correct temperatures to prevent spoilage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and shipping orders efficiently.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, cold storage, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
