Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (provided) to accurately pick, pack, and ship orders
- Maintain inventory accuracy using provided scanning technology
- Follow safety protocols for equipment operation and material handling
- Organize and clean warehouse areas using provided tools
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment maintenance needs promptly
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with provided equipment assistance
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with strong communication skills
