Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with provided equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory using provided scanning devices
- Sanitize and organize storage areas according to HACCP standards
- Monitor temperature logs and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures with provided protective gear
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No prior cold storage experience required
