Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Counterbalance, Reach, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is properly secured and organized.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as directed.
- Follow all company protocols, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (Counterbalance preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
