Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately according to customer orders and shipping manifests.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Inspect items for quality and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure the fulfillment area remains organized, clean, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Load and prepare shipments for the outbound delivery trucks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
