Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory within strict cold storage environments.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move heavy goods.
- Monitor temperature logs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Perform quality inspections on incoming shipments to ensure integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in temperatures ranging from 20°F to 40°F.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to the Sacramento facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
