Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated forklifts and pallet jacks in sub-zero environments
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in storage zones
- Inspect and sanitize equipment per FDA/HACCP standards
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with precision handling
- Document inventory movements using digital tracking systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration units
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in all operations
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in 0°F to -20°F environments
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
- Commitment to strict hygiene standards
