Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (provided) for inventory management
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Safely handle frozen/dry goods using company-provided PPE and tools
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Utilize inventory management systems for stock rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain via company training)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
