Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer storage units
- Load/unload pallets of food products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and document inventory levels using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP compliance)
- Operate and sanitize cold storage equipment (conveyors, dock doors)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (freezer sections)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work nights/weekends (flexible schedule)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
