Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship materials using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely while adhering to OSHA guidelines
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Load/unload trucks and organize materials in designated storage areas
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow 5S principles
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (evenings/weekends)
