Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated forklifts and pallet jacks with provided specialized equipment
- Maintain precise temperature logs in -20°F freezer zones
- Inspect and sanitize storage facilities using company-provided PPE
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using hydraulic lifts
- Conduct quality control checks on perishable goods
- Follow HACCP protocols for food safety compliance
- Operate automated inventory management systems
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (company training available)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic inventory management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail in temperature monitoring
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Food safety handling certification a plus
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
