Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Load and unload trucks with efficiency and attention to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation systems
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided) for product movement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Reliable transportation to/from the 10 PM - 6 AM shift
- Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit
