Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (equipment provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload temperature-controlled trucks while monitoring product temperatures
- Adhere to strict food safety and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and cleanliness checks in cold storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in temperatures below 32°F for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (equipment operation training provided)
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
