Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package customer orders with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and data entry
- Uphold strict safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper techniques
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
