Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated/freezer storage systems and monitoring equipment
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock rotation systems
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety protocols for cold environments
- Sanitize storage areas and equipment following company standards
- Perform routine quality checks on perishable goods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures (0°F to 40°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late night shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
