Responsibilities
- Safely operate refrigerated equipment and monitor temperature-controlled environments
- Perform inventory management, stock rotation, and quality control checks
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols (HACCP standards)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Document warehouse activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Participate in regular safety training and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in cold storage or warehouse environment
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 40°F
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
