Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) provided by the company
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in cold storage facilities (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and organize inventory in climate-controlled environments
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Document inventory movements using provided digital systems
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks as per company guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient logistics operations
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
