Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality control before shipping.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic math skills for order verification and inventory checks.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Willingness to work in various conditions (temperature-controlled or standard warehouse).
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
