Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 person overnight team with precision scheduling and performance management
- Execute inventory control protocols using RF scanning systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate high-priority order fulfillment for major retail partners
- Implement OSHA safety standards and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency using Lean methodologies
- Train new associates on SOPs and WMS operations
- Generate real-time performance reports for distribution center leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator certification required
- Advanced proficiency with WMS systems (Manhattan, SAP, Oracle)
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced overnight environments
- Strong analytical skills with inventory accuracy experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate warehouse machinery
- Spanish bilingual preferred for team coordination
