Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage units and temperature monitoring systems
- Load/unload perishable goods using provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain strict sanitation standards in cold environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Conduct inventory audits using provided handheld scanners
- Follow HACCP protocols for food safety compliance
- Perform preventive maintenance on provided refrigeration equipment
- Document temperature logs and safety compliance reports
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
