Responsibilities
- Operate provided refrigerated forklifts and pallet jacks in 32°F environments
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments using company-provided PPE
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards for cold storage operations
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (company vehicles provided for some duties)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
