Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, temperature monitors)
- Maintain precise temperature logs and inventory records
- Inspect and sanitize storage areas per FDA guidelines
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using provided machinery
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in cold environments
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (commercial license a plus)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to 7am-3pm shift
