- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures using digital monitoring systems
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory counts in frozen and refrigerated zones
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate pallet racking systems with precision
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas daily
- Complete temperature logs and quality control reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
