Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 45°F) in refrigerated/freezer units
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for inventory movement
- Monitor and document storage conditions using IoT sensors
- Sanitize and organize storage areas per HACCP standards
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive shipments
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in sub-zero environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Background check required
