Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and pack perishable goods according to safety standards
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless logistics
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA protocols daily
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Rotate stock using FIFO methods to ensure freshness
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible availability to cover day/evening/weekend shifts
