Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Accurately scan and document inventory movements in our WMS system
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, including staging areas and loading docks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and shipping schedules
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation to the N Port Washington Rd facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
