Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer units
- Safely load/unload products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Rotate inventory using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Complete inventory counts and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (freezer sections)
- Flexible availability to work evenings/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
