Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders accurately and securely using appropriate materials and machinery.
- Inspect merchandise for damages or defects before final packing.
- Label packages correctly according to shipping standards and customer requirements.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
