Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport pallets of frozen and refrigerated goods safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain accurate temperature logs to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of storage areas and equipment.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below 35°F).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
