Your Mission
As a key member of our team, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound inventory, maintaining the highest standards of safety and organization in our facility.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues during the shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse software is a plus.
- Forklift certification is a major plus but not required for all entry-level positions.
