Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by adhering to all safety and 5S protocols.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure correct labeling and barcoding.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and power jacks, as required.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and potential safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility is required.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
