Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Load and unload freight trucks with precision and adhere to weight distribution guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Monitor and document temperature logs to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maximize workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and reporting.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
