Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Sanitize equipment and work areas following HACCP standards
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (0-40°F) for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (forklift certification provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory and temperature monitoring
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility
