Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Monitor and record temperatures within storage units to ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and product quality standards.
- Perform regular inventory checks, stock replenishment, and maintain accurate warehouse organization.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Operate industrial equipment efficiently and maintain cleanliness within the cold storage facility.
- Assist in the organization of pallets and accurate labeling of inventory for easy retrieval and shipping.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work effectively and comfortably in extreme cold environments (temperatures ranging from -10°F to 35°F).
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a significant plus.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation and a positive, safety-first attitude.
