Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) at sub-zero temperatures
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in storage zones
- Execute inventory control procedures using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Perform routine sanitation and maintenance on refrigeration units
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading operations
- Document daily operations and quality control metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid forklift certification (stand-up and sit-down)
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F (-23°C)
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
