Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for efficient material handling
- Maintain strict temperature protocols for refrigerated and frozen products (-20°F to 40°F)
- Perform quality control checks on packaging and product integrity
- Update inventory systems in real-time using warehouse management software
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order packing experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification preferred (training available for qualified candidates)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
